FileVision hosts four (4) week long training classes for Partners each year. Partner Training is based on the classroom model where we bring our partners to FileVision headquarters in Atlanta and teach them everything they need to know about selling, installing and supporting the FileVision information relationship management solution.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

FileVision Partner Training lasts for one week and covers the following topics:

USER TRAINING

As an introduction to FileVision we cover the basic concepts of the product including document management, document imaging, relationship management and workflow. The student will learn the fundamentals of document and data capture and document management as well as knowledge of the features and functionality utilized by the typical FileVision user.

BASIC ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING

Covers the administrative features and functionality within FileVision. Useful for learning to configure new systems and to maintain and provide technical support to customers.

IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING

Features role playing exercises that teach attendees how to map client information to FileVision. Students will also learn the questions to ask during the assessment phase and how to apply the answers when implementing FileVision.

TECHNICAL TRAINING

Covers installation requirements, environments and other advanced setup topics. Students will complete a basic installation and configuration and discuss using multiple application servers with load balancing. You will also be introduced to integration with other applications using macros, polling and the FileVision Application Integrator.

REQUIREMENTS
A laptop computer is required for the training class. During the class, the trainer will assist Partners with installing the FileVision demo on your system. Partners will also be trained to configure it for demonstration purposes.
