Many small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) relate compliance regulations, such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, with large public companies. However, as such regulations more strictly monitor and hold accountable enterprise-level organizations, the standard set for big companies is starting to shift focus to the SMB market.
